Our production lines in Bangladesh and Pakistan are equipped with new auto machinery to ensure lean and efficient production lines. Our team of textile specialists overlook the entire production process from sourcing of raw materials, to manufacturing and packaging of the final products. This helps us ensure no compromises are made in terms of quality and our customers are provided with repeated quality standardized products.
Meridian’s dedicated product development team ensures that all technical requirements of customers are captured and reflected in the garments. Our four superior-quality production lines, including 2 express lines give us the flexibility of handling urgent and large volume orders immediately.
Our factories located in Bangladesh and Pakistan, comply with international standards for health and safety to ensure safe working environment for workers. They are aligned with international operational standards and have achieved BSCI, SEDEX and ACCORD certifications. Throughout its decade-long operation, Meridian Global Intl. Limited has perfected its Quality Control System, which includes scrupulous checks, to ensure flawless production. The experienced Quality-Assurance (QA) team extends its operation even into the procurement of raw-materials and machinery.
At Meridian, we take our corporate social responsibility very seriously. We actively participate in recycling all textile-waste during and after the manufacturing process. We are also dedicated at reducing the toxic emissions by using eco-friendly dyes for our textiles and disposing them using correct measures.
